We're looking to adopt a baby

Hello there,

As you find yourself searching for a family to carry the responsibility of raising this little one, we want you to know that we are honored if you are looking at our family as an option. We understand that this is a very difficult choice and are so grateful that you are considering placing your child.

We are Tyler and Kara. The two of us have been talking about adoption since our third date. After getting married it took us a little while to become pregnant but fast-forward and kid number two and three followed not long after our oldest was welcomed to the world. After each child we wondered if it were the right time to look at adoption. It was during a discussion after getting all three kiddos to bed that our calling to adoption was intensified. We asked our children if they would like to adopt a baby knowing they understand that this baby might not look like them or come from mommy's belly. They unanamously cheered and have been preparing a space in their rooms to welcome someone new, all while Mom and Dad have been praying for the birth family, whoever they are destined to be.

We don't know you yet, but maybe you're someone who just wants to know your baby is in the arms of people who will always love them, without hesitation or condition. In our family we constantly remind our children, "there is nothing you can do that will make me stop loving you." Our love for children is unconditional; it's the realization that we could provide that love to another child that drove us to this point. Maybe you're someone who wants updates regularly. The ability to check on how your child is growing in the family you hand picked for them. How beautiful it is that for the duration of this person's life they can know that their birth family made one of the greatest sacrifices while providing for them family they feel would give everything for their child. Maybe you want to know--to see--the milestones that come with a child growing up. We would love to celebrate all these major milestones with you and other birth family members.

All this to say: we would be honored to be chosen by you. We want you to know that your decision to bring this beautiful little life into the world is a truly wonderful one. No matter who you decide is right to raise that baby, know that we will be rooting for you and praying for you.
